PreK & Kindergarten Round Up
Welcome to Preschool & Kindergarten Round-up for the East Mills Community School District!
Please complete the appropriate applications below if you are looking to enroll your student in either PK or Kindergarten for the upcoming 2023-24 school year. Please remember that your child must be 4 years old on or before September 15, 2023 in order to attend preschool.
If your child attended PreK during the current 2022-23 school year & will be returning to East Mills for Kindergarten, your child is already registered for the new school year and you do not need to fill out the demographic information.

The forms linked above are fillable forms. They can be completed online and then emailed to the respective teacher.
In the first week of August, East Mills will hold registration for the rest of the school district. At that time, you will be able to fill out forms for photography, computer use, a la carte, etc. Parents/Guardians of Kindergarten students will also be able to pay fees for the upcoming school year.
