Online Registration Forms

East Mills CSD is excited to offer the patrons of our district Online Registration for the 2017-18 school year!  It is our hope that this service will help to streamline the registration process and give our patrons more flexibility within their busy schedules to complete this activity.

Parents/Guardians of students who have been previously enrolled at East Mills CSD may begin the Online Registration process by clicking on the IC Parent Portal link at the right of the website homepage under the "Quicklinks" heading, signing in to Parent Portal, and then selecting the "Online Registration" link located in the bottom left corner of their homepage.  Parents who have not previously used Parent Portal will need to sign-up for this service before they are able to begin registration.  Please contact Jen Shaw for Jr/Sr High School students at (712) 624-8645 or jshaw@emschools.org  or Pam Huntsman for Elementary students at (712) 624-8696 or phuntsman@emschools.org to receive a Username and Password or to have a Password Rest for IC Parent Portal.

Parents/Guardians of NEW students who have never been enrolled at East Mills CSD will need to use the following link to start the registration process:

The table below provides links to additional, required documents that will be used for registration at East Mills Schools for the upcoming school year and must be completed during the registration process.  The documents listed are fillable forms.  A few are traditional PDF's and are labeled as PDF which means that parents/guardians should be able to open the document, fill in the requested information, download the completed document and then email the completed document to the appropriate staff.  In order for these forms to be filled in online, though, there are a few requirements:  1) Documents must be opened with an Adobe Reader program.   2) Completed documents must be saved to a device (desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, etc.) and then sent as an email attachment for parents/guardians choosing to prepare these forms at home.  Completed PDF forms should be sent to Jen Shaw at jshaw@emschools.org for Jr./Sr. High School students or to Pam Huntsman at phuntsman@emschools.org for Elementary students.  If a problem should occur, though, parents/guardians can certainly print the forms, fill them in by hand, and deliver them to either the High School or to the Elementary.  Any questions or concerns can be directed to to Jen Shaw at jshaw@emschools.org

The remaining documents are processed through a service called RightSignature.  These documents may be filled out, signed, and submitted online!!  However, it is EXTREMELY important that when submitting these documents that you click "Submit" during TWO separate prompts!! If you do not click on "submit" twice, the document does not get sent and it will need to be filled out again.  

After completing the required forms, it is  very  important for parents/guardians to pay for any book/registrations fees, activity tickets, computer fees, etc.  Payment may be made online via the "Payment" option on Parent Portal or by delivering payment to the appropriate building secretary during registration on August 7th and 8th.  ***Please be advised that the Laptop Fee is for incoming 5th grade and NEW 5-12 students only...this is a 1 time fee.****

**Families filling out Free/Reduced forms need to contact Pam Huntsman at phuntsman@emschools.org before submitting payment for any fees.**
