Congratulations to Brody Jones!! His Elks Club drug-free poster has won local, district, and now the STATE competition. His poster will advance to nationals this summer. He was presented with his certificates and prizes today. He celebrated with his family and classmates by having a pizza party. Thank you to Brad Baker and the Elks Club for hosting this event.
The East Mills Radio Quiz Bowl team lost its final match on February 3rd against Sterling High School in a very competitive B-103 Radio High School Quiz Bowl.

We’re celebrating our newest Wolverine Way award winners! We are so lucky to have these young leaders in our hallways. They remind us that being a Wolverine means being kind, being brave, and being your best self. 💚
Carol and Roger Powles received the Iowa High School Athletic Directors Service Award this evening at the EM vs. FM basketball games. They have been volunteering for 50 years at East Mills and the former Malvern Schools, at any and all events. You will most likely hear Roger announcing and Carol helping with the scorebook. Both are great assets and supporters of the East Mills CSD. We appreciate all their time and dedication!
