To kick off our new video series, we are proud to share a story from the front of the classroom. We sat down with one of our newest educators to discuss her transition into our East Mills family.
Her journey was defined by a culture of mentorship and open arms. From the moment she stepped onto campus, Ms. Lewis found an open-door policy that prioritizes teacher well-being and professional growth, a network of veteran teachers ready to share resources, advice, and a helping hand, and a community that treats every individual with respect, regardless of how long they’ve been in the building.
